TheRole As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, outstanding guest experiences, and strong team performance.
You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality while supporting the commercial success of the restaurant, including private events and functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
Promote sale s through menu knowledge, upselling and beverage pairing
Manage reservations, table allocation, and service flow
Handle guest xlwpduy feedback and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate and oversee private events, functions, and special occasions
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and allergen regulations
Monitor financial performance, staffing levels, and operational costs
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
