About the Role
As a
NOC Technician
, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting Vaultica's high standards of
service availability, infrastructure reliability, and operational performance
.
Working within the
Network Operations Center (NOC)
, you will monitor Vaultica's sites and services, act as a first point of contact for customers, and coordinate closely with Operations, Network, Cybersecurity, and other specialist teams to ensure incidents and requests are handled efficiently.
Monitor all Vaultica sites through electrical and mechanical monitoring systems, including
BMS
Act as a
first point of contact for customers
, handling fault notifications, service requests, and operational enquiries
Monitor customer connectivity services and provide
remote support and configuration
when required
Monitor
cybersecurity alerts
and perform initial assessment and first-response actions
Identify incidents and involve the appropriate internal specialist teams to support resolution
Initiate and manage
escalation processes
when required
Provide technical end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues
Document NOC processes, procedures, incidents, and customer interactions in coordination with relevant company departments
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of operational activities
Meet defined
KPOs and KPIs
and comply with applicable operational standards and procedures
Contribute actively to the company's
continuous improvement and quality processes
Support effective communication and coordination between customers, Operations teams, and technical specialists
Depending on operational requirements, you will work within a
24/7 Network Operations Center environment
,



including shift-based coverage where required.
Working conditions and compensation follow local regulations and site agreements.
Previous experience in a
Data Center, Telecommunications, IT, Network Operations, or similar critical environment
Good understanding of
network technologies and connectivity services
Knowledge of
cybersecurity principles and monitoring
Familiarity with monitoring systems, ticketing tools, and operational escalation processes
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Structured and methodical approach to problem solving
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage critical situations
Strong customer-facing attitude and service mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working with technical systems, operational tools, and documentation
Professional fluency in English
Availability to work within a
24/7 shift structure
, if required
On-site role within a high-availability Data Center and NOC environment
Fast-paced operational environment requiring strong attention to detail and responsiveness
Close interaction with customers, Operations teams, Network teams, Cybersecurity specialists, and external providers
Strict adherence to internal procedures, security requirements, and Health & Safety standards
Work at the heart of a
mission-critical Data Center and Network Operations environment
