Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:
Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair),
against production data and reports
What we're looking for:
A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field
A strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies
Motivation to develop your career within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.
