You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the strategy for this market, driving growth and innovation. Collaborate with our existing teams to ensure seamless placement and handling of Captive business.
Identify and secure new opportunities, leveraging your expertise and connections.
You're a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of senior experience in the Captive insurance or broking industry.
You have a proven track record of building strong relationships and opening doors within the Captive community.
Consultancy experience is a plus, but not essential.
You're fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
