These teams will bring together a broad range of engineering expertise, spanning analog, digital, and SoC design. /ppWith end-to-end product development capabilities located in Catania, we are creating world-class products at a world-class pace. /ppWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Principal SoC Program Manager to join our RD organization and drive the planning and execution of advanced microcontroller products. /ppAs a Principal SoC Program Manager, you will lead highly effective cross‑functional core teams composed of technical experts from multiple disciplines. You will help teams prioritize activities, communicate clearly, influence peers and leaders, and drive accountability across the organization. /ppYou will be responsible for maintaining strong project execution discipline, proactively identifying technical risks, and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive as design program manager all phases of SoC development projects, from architecture definition through silicon validation and product release. /liliLead local PM office and help to consolidate strong SoC development flow shared among the entire RD. /liliCreate and maintain project plans, including milestones, schedules, ownership, dependencies, and deliverables. /liliFacilitate project reviews and regular team meetings with global cross‑functional stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues. /liliMonitor project health, drive transparency,



and support executive and senior management reporting. /liliAct as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution. /liliSupport key technical decision‑making processes, architectural reviews, documentation closure, and quality control activities. /liliEnsure teams are effectively executing against project objectives and delivering according to plan. /liliPerform risk assessments and drive mitigation plans to minimize project impact. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. /liliStrong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks. /liliDemonstrated leadership experience with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. /liliExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms. /liliGood understanding of semiconductor product development, system architecture, and SoC design flows. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex technical environments. /liliProven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and effectively switch between detailed analysis and a strategic, high‑level perspective. /liliAdaptable and resilient, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and take ownership in ambiguous situations. /liliExperience managing complex semiconductor or SoC development projects from concept through silicon bring‑up and production release.

As of the date of this posting, the estimated gross annual base salary range for this position in Italy is between 61,000 € and 83,900 € annually. This range is intended as a guideline. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, and specific business or organizational needs. This position falls under the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (Metalmeccanica Industria).
