Responsabilità
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Identify and develop new opportunities within target industries
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic deals
Position AG Solution's value-driven offerings beyond pure resources
Develop deep understanding of client challenges and business drivers
Engage stakeholders at multiple levels including C-level
Translate client needs into outcome-based proposals
Collaborate with technical experts, pre-sales, and marketing
Represent AG Solution at events and client meetings
Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and data quality
Contribute to sales strategy improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven track record in selling engineering or digital services (automation, MES/MOM, OT/IT)
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels including C-level
Entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Structured, proactive, and results-driven
Languages: fluent in German and English (mandatory)
Based in or near Cologne (Köln)
