brAt Target Reply, you'll have the opportunity to put your experience into practice, work on impactful projects, and engage with the technologies and paradigms that are transforming the world of data and technology.brWHO WE AREbrTarget Reply is the company of the Reply Group specialized in Analytics, Big Data, Data Science, Cloud Architecture and Artificial Intelligence.brWith a diverse portfolio of clients across key industries, you'll work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, designing and delivering innovative solutions based on modern data architectures and emerging technologies.brDESCRIPTION OF THE ROLEbrTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager motivated to grow in an innovative environment, developing solid expertise in the coordination and delivery of data-driven initiatives and technology projects.brMAIN RESPONSABILITIESbrLead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex data engineering projects:brfrom translating technical requirements into actionable WBS to defining project roadmaps, managing scope, and overseeing the contractual phases.brProactively monitor project health:brtracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and implementing timely mitigations or escalations to safeguard business outcomes.brOversee project budget and resource management:brtracking financial expenditures and optimizing team allocation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently within the established financial framework.brAct as the primary interface for all project stakeholders:brfacilitating seamless communication and alignment between the internal team (Technical Leaders, Analysts, Engineers) and external parties, including clients, support groups, and third-party providers.brManage the continuous delivery of the project stream:brserving as the main point of contact for the client, leading periodic progress meetings (SAL), and ensuring transparent reporting to cultivate a strong,
long-term partnership.brOversee AMS activities and Service Management:brensuring full alignment with defined SLA targets, governing the scope of support services, and coordinating the resolution of critical incidents and emergency escalations to maintain system stability and business continuity.brFoster technical and process innovation:bridentifying and proposing solutions aligned with the latest trends in Data Engineering and Analytics to enhance overall delivery efficiency.brESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSbrEducational Background:brBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related data-centric disciplines.

brExperience:brAt least 1.5 years of proven experience in Project Management, IT Governance, Technical Team Leading, or similar roles within complex technology environments.brCommunication Stakeholder Management:brExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.brMethodological Proficiency:brSolid understanding of project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.brOperational Tooling:brProficiency in project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Planner, ServiceNow, Confluence).
brAnalytical Mindset:brStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to risk and issue management.brTech-Driven Curiosity:brGenuine interest in deepening technical knowledge and understanding complex IT ecosystems.brNICE TO HAVEbrDomain Expertise:brProven experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Software Delivery projects.
Exposure to the Banking Finance sector is considered a significant plus.brCertifications:brProfessional Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM).
brTechnical Familiarity:brBasic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and fundamental data processing/architecture concepts (e.g.,
ETL, Cloud storage, SQL).

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role.
The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico).
The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €****** to €******..
