Define and own the R&D; strategy and technology roadmap for wound management in collaboration with Global Marketing
Coordinate R&D; activities across sites to ensure efficient development and industrialization of solutions
Drive portfolio prioritization and investment decisions aligned with business objectives
Identify unmet needs and market trends through collaboration with marketing and clinical experts
Translate insights into robust product platforms and competitive technology positioning
Act as R&D; partner to Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Operations
Support M&A;, licensing, or external innovation scouting
Lead and mentor R&D; scientists and engineers and foster an innovation-driven culture
Share expertise across the B. Braun Group to accelerate portfolio value
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's in Biomedical Engineering (as stated)
5+ years in R&D; within medical devices
Strong background in wound management products
Experience in R&D; strategy and portfolio management
Solid understanding of ISO *****, MDR/FDA requirements
Fluency in English; German a plus
Strategic thinker with execution capability
Strong scientific and technical credibility in wound care
Business-oriented with customer/patient focus
