ph3About The Job /h3 /brpIn a context of growing activity and developing agility, the Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate a team (25 to 30 HC) with common and shared objectives of quality, quantity and deadlines, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in force within the warehouse.

/li /brliEstablish rules and expected results for the team, both collectively and individually.
/li /brliRelay all necessary company information for the proper functioning of the team.
/li /brliReport all social issues, individual and/or collective behavioral problems, and actively participate in finding solutions.
/li /brliEnsure administrative management related to the team (absence management, overtime, etc.).
/li /brliConduct individual team reviews, provide constructive feedback, encourage and correct when necessary.
/li /br /ul /brh3Manage and animate performance /h3 /brul /brliImplement and manage performance.
/li /brliLead shift briefings and order planning.
/li /brliMonitor performance indicators implemented in the warehouses (productivity, processes, deadlines, inventory, resources, quality, environment, health and safety).
/li /brliEnsure compliance with quality levels and delivery times; implement, if necessary, temporary adjustment solutions to ensure continuity from goods reception to shipment.
/li /brliEnsure the updating of various reports and the monitoring of warehouse data.
/li /br /ul /brh3Organize and plan team activity /h3 /brul /brliContinuously seek efficiency and progress.
/li /brliDefine daily workload/capacity for W+1 and estimate and allocate resources to meet warehouse needs.
/li /brliIdentify continuous improvement actions in processes, organization, or the operating mode of the warehouse and its team.
/li /br /ul /brh3Ensure quality and customer satisfaction /h3 /brul /brliEnsure compliance with procedures during goods reception and shipment.
/li /brliPromote quality and address non-quality issues.
/li /brliIssue quality alerts when a product is non-compliant in order to implement an action plan with the quality department.
/li /br /ul /brh3Profile /h3 /brul /brliDegree in a technical field (engineering/economics).
/li /brliAt least three to four years of experience in modernly structured companies, preferably in the relevant sector, in areas such as production planning or engineering.
/li /brliExperience in using continuous improvement and problem-solving tools.
/li /brliGood knowledge of the Office suite (primarily Excel) and SAP management software.
/li /brliGood knowledge of French and/or English.
/li /brliExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various organizational levels.
/li /brliAbility to work by objectives in dynamic contexts.

The gross annual salary will be defined based on internal salary standards, the candidate's skills, and the requirements of the role.
