and labeling /li /brliPerform cross-connects and patch panel work /li /brliTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues /li /brliDocument all work with photos and detailed notes /li /brliCoordinate with remote NOC and client teams /li /brli2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience /li /brliStrong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber) /li /brliExperience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro) /li /brliAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments /li /brliOwn transportation and ability to work on-site /li /brliProfessional communication skills in English /li /brliData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) - preferred /li /brliNetwork certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - preferred /li /brliExperience with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferred /li /brliFamiliarity with major colocation providers - preferred /li /brliStandard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
