/ph3About the Role /h3h3Main responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze components and subsystems of automated machinery to evaluate performance, reliability, and maintenance requirements.
/liliExamine maintenance and machine operation data to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
/liliSupport the optimization of maintenance plans, work instructions, and maintenance strategies to enhance equipment efficiency, reduce downtime,
and improve operational performance.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Digital functions to improve maintenance processes and contribute to digitalization initiatives across the organization.
/li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
/liliStrong interest in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement, with a desire to contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
/liliBasic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools, with an interest in leveraging data to support maintenance and performance optimization.
/liliAnalytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach technical challenges in a structured and proactive way.
/liliGood command of the English language, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
