ph3Job Description /h3 pAs part of the Procurement team, the role will play a key part in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes, performance monitoring, and in supporting digitalization and sustainability (ESG) initiatives.
/p pThe role will work closely with internal stakeholders (Audit, Finance, Operations, Sustainability, IT, Marketing) contributing to making procurement increasingly efficient, structured, and data-driven.
/p pThe position will also provide support to local/plant procurement processes.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the definition and implementation of standard procurement processes and functional policies /li liContribute to procurement excellence / transformation projects (tool rollout, workflow improvement, governance) /li liMonitor procurement KPIs (savings, compliance, supplier performance)
and develop reports and dashboards /li liSupport ESG and supplier sustainability initiatives (supplier rating, code of conduct, assessments) /li liCollaborate on digitalization projects (ERP, e-sourcing, contract management, supplier portal) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering, Business/Economics, Sustainability, or similar fields /li liStrong analytical skills; advanced Excel knowledge (Power BI or similar tools are a plus) /li liStrong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments /li liFluent English /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pWe are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
