Responsabilità
Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time and on budget in line with Henkel PM framework
Manage all technical and engineering aspects of projects across Europe (Casarile, Italy)
Drive all project phases from feasibility to hand-over and closure, including lessons learned
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as appropriate
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for alignment and transparency
Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists for best-in-class solutions
Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably CAPEX projects in process industries
Strong project management skills with relevant tools and methodologies
High self-motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel across Europe
