Overview
In this role you support the Group Chief Compliance Officer to steer and coordinate compliance activities across Group entities.
You will help implement group-wide regulations, identify gaps, and define corrective actions, while engaging senior management of local entities.
You'll work in a multicultural, international setting and contribute to a responsible, sustainable growth agenda.
The position offers exposure to governance, reporting, and cross?functional collaboration within Generali's Group Compliance function.

Responsabilità
Drive timely, effective deployment of Group-wide compliance rules across Legal Entities
Identify misalignments and define corrective actions with cross-functional input
Maintain regular interaction with senior management (CEOs, Regional CEOs) and provide compliant recommendations




Support executive reporting and management information for the group
Coordinate with international teams on challenging projects with time/delivery pressures
Requisiti fondamentali
At least 6 years of experience in insurance/financial services
Experience on international, time- and delivery-challenging projects
Proven analytical skills and ability to manage databases and information synthesis
Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong experience in executive reporting
Proficient English; Spanish/Portuguese/German is a plus
Willingness to travel for business
Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
Effective communication, negotiation and conflict management
Ability to build lasting, trusting relationships
