/li /brliSelect the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
/li /brliSelect therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.
/li /brliHandle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers to other healthcare facilities.
/li /brliCollaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
/li /brliConduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the facility, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
/li /brliPerform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health-related formalities.
/li /brliPrepare, maintain, and update medical records and records specific to each patient under care.
