In this role, you will lead the Leather Goods Strategy delivery from Italy, ensuring agile, effective performance across the program.
You will align stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive improvements in supplier, production, and ERP processes.
You'll optimize operations with a lean manufacturing mindset and help transition improvements into business as usual.
You'll also contribute to ERP development and cross-functional collaboration to shorten lead times and raise performance.

Responsabilità
Monitor production performance and drive improvement actions
Oversee external manufacturers performance and Vendor Rating process
Track internal cutting performance using lean manufacturing principles
Analyze and implement improvements in supplier management, workflows, and working times
Share manufacturing knowledge and promote best practices
Collaborate with purchasing, planning, quality,
production, and logistics to reduce lead times and propose countermeasures
Define production process KPIs and implement reporting systems
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting
Support change management processes and transition planning
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or similar (formal)
Prior experience in the same role
Manufacturing experience is essential
Experience implementing organizational changes
Strong time management to balance priorities
Excellent analytical skills
Good relational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Stealth **** and Power BI
Excellent command of spoken and written English
