As a trusted, behind-the-scenes partner, we create exceptional moments for elite travelers worldwide.To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso.You WillManage clients' and suppliers' invoices, verifying their accuracy in our BeConcierge CRM and processing payments in a timely mannerEstablish payments through bank transfers,
ensuring adherence to payment schedules and termsHandle banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basisPrepare and draft monthly financial reports to support reporting and VAT claimsApply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial recordsCollaborate closely with the wider Finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently and with precisionYou AreFluent in English; good knowledge of Spanish or French is a plusDegree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or a related field)Experienced, with at least 6-12 months in an accounting roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and ExcelHighly detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principlesOrganized and deadline-driven, with a high sense of responsibility for managing multiple tasksConfident working under pressure, with strong interpersonal and team-working skillsBased in or around Chiasso (this is a fully in-office position)We OfferA starting salary of CHF 43,500 gross per year, plus performance-based incentivesThe opportunity to grow within a dynamic, multicultural and innovative environmentDeep, 360° exposure to accounting principles and practices across five European countriesLocation RequirementCandidates must already reside within a 20 km radius of Chiasso.
