ph3What you will do: /h3 ul libBD Custom: /b /li liEnd-to-end management of project opportunities, from the preliminary phase through to the issuance of technical and economic offers, specifically: /li lianalysis of the preliminary documentation provided, regulatory constraints, and grid requirements; /li lipreliminary analysis of customer needs; /li lipreliminary plant layout design using IECO software and detailed design using Pvsyst; /li lipreparation of the preliminary pricing file and its conversion into a final version through negotiation with suppliers; /li liuse of company spreadsheets for drafting the economic/financial offer; /li liexecution of technical site inspections independently or with support from external suppliers; /li lipreparation of preliminary technical documentation; /li lioptimization of the economic offer; /li litechnical support to commercial negotiations.
/li liMonitoring of opportunity progress and management of revision requests.
/li liInteraction with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance) for technical-commercial alignment.
/li liAssessment of the technical and economic feasibility of initiatives and identification of any critical issues (e.g., financial requirements, rating, guarantees).
/li liSupport in managing tenders and competitive processes.
/li libBD Technical Support: /b /li liTechnical analysis and review of project layouts (ground-mounted and rooftop systems), including optimizations based on technical or regulatory constraints.
/li liCoordination of technical site inspections and collection/validation of related reports.
/li liInterface with suppliers and technical partners for the collection and analysis of quotations.
/li liSupport in defining technical solutions (e.g., plant configurations, sizing, integration with self-consumption/CER models).
/li liValidation of technical solutions for confirmation of contracted plants.
/li liInteraction with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance) for technical-commercial alignment and document collection.




/li liManagement of Kick-off Meetings with the Field Team for handover and confirmation of sold projects.
/li libCapex Optimization /b /li liComparative analysis between pricelists and actual supplier quotations.
/li liSupport in unbundling analysis activities.
/li liOnboarding and screening of new partners/installers.
/li liManagement of introductory and evaluation calls with potential collaborators.
/li liCollection and validation of partners' technical documentation.
/li libCross-functional Activities /b /li liDevelopment and improvement of Capex analysis tools.
/li liComparison between internal benchmarks and external quotations to optimize costs.
/li /ul h3Employment type: /h3 pFull Time /p h3What are we looking for /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering or related technical field combined with significant professional experience in energy project design and engineering.
/li liGood proficiency in Pvsyst software, /li liGood proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, /li liKnowledge of financial models applied to renewable energy, /li liKnowledge of the technical regulations for photovoltaic systems: CEI standards, fire brigade (VVF) directives, grid connection procedures, installation constraints, etc., /li liAbility to independently carry out technical site inspections, /li liKnowledge of products available on the market.
/li liExtensive previous experience in ability to take accountability for delivering high-quality outputs aligned with strategic priorities.
/li liStrong skills in process optimization and workflow efficiency improvement.




/li liExperience integrating new technologies to drive operational growth and efficiency.
/li liExcellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
/li liDemonstrated knowledge evolution mindset with ability to apply emerging practices and regulatory updates.
/li liFamiliarity with project coordination across renewable energy sectors including solar, wind, and storage systems.
/li liAbility to work under broad objectives and independently resolve complex technical challenges using sound judgment and established precedents.
/li liFluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
