/p pThe role is suited to professionals who understand category strategy, consumer demand, product portfolios, and how brands expand into adjacent opportunities.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze category trends across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle.
/li liEvaluate potential category-extension opportunities.
/li liAssess consumer demand, competition, positioning, and market potential.
/li liSupport product portfolio and category strategy discussions.
/liliIdentify emerging brands and consumer trends in Italy and Europe.
/li liProvide insights into product opportunities and market movements.




/li liSupport selected brands exploring new categories in China.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in category management, product strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, or brand management.
/li liExperience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer products is preferred.
/li liStrong understanding of consumer trends and category dynamics.
/li liCommercial and analytical mindset.
/liliExperience working with international brands is an advantage.
