/li /brliFit-gap analysis against D365 standard functionality and evaluation of the choice between standard solutions and customization, including the related impact on costs and maintainability.
/li /brliDaily liaison with the system integrator: review of functional analyses, verification of estimates, reasoned challenge of solutions inconsistent with the process.
/li /brliReview of Functional Design Documents and process documentation.
/li /brliSetup and execution of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing; support for the migration of master data and transactional data.
/li /brliKey user training, support during go-live, and oversight of the stabilization phase.
/li /br /ul /brh3Current Application Support (AX ****) /h3 /brul /brliSecond-level support for corporate, plant, and store users; taking ownership of, analyzing, and resolving reported issues.
/li /brliOrdinary and evolutionary maintenance: analysis of change requests, specifications for developers, release verification.
/li /brliOversight of integrations with connected systems and consistency checks on data flows between applications.
/li /brliManagement of change requests across the DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD environments.
/li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brli5+ years as an ERP functional analyst/consultant, focus on Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing (consulting, system integrator, or in-house).
/li /brliHands?on knowledge of D365 FO (or AX) across PIM, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Production Control, Master Planning, and Sales and Marketing modules.
/li /brliAbility to run fit-gap analyses and draft Functional Design Documents.
/li /brliUnderstanding of the accounting impact of logistics/production transactions (inventory valuation, cost accounting, order?receipt?invoice reconciliation).
/li /brliExperience on at least one ERP implementation/upgrade project, from analysis to go?live.
/li /brliExperience in multi-company, multi-country environments (group of ~20 companies, Italian and international).
/li /brliWillingness to support the AX **** system during its maintenance phase.
/li /brliGood written and spoken English.
/li /brliWillingness to work in a lean IT structure, in direct contact with the business, including operational user support.
/li /br /ul /brh3What Do We Offer /h3 /brul /brliStarting gross annual salary of €40,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees.
