/p pbPosition Overview /b /p pWe are seeking a highly motivated bJunior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) /b to support the development and execution of our clinical research programs.
/p pThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about clinical research.
/p pHe/she will play a key role in the planning, monitoring, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
/p pThe successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of Philogen's Phase I, II and III clinical trials in oncology and inflammatory diseases.
/p pHe/she will be expected to make frequent visits to European and US centres involved in clinical trials.
/p pThis position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative therapies while collaborating within a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
/p pbIn particular the successful candidate will take care of: /b /p ul liSite initiation, monitoring, and close-out in accordance to GCP.
/li liMonitoring visits and site management of national and European centres.
/li liTracking patient recruitment and enrollment.
/li liEvaluating integrity and quality of patient data and investigator study file.




/li /ul pbThe ideal candidate should have: /b /p ul liA good scientific background.
/li liExcellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
/li liBasic level of German is preferred.
/li liWillingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe and to the United States /li liHigh level of attention to detail.
/li liAbility to work independently.
