/strong /ppLead Genteel Home's development in Rome and the surrounding areas, identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and coordinating the implementation and consolidation of our operations in the city.

/liliIdentify and assess new business and expansion opportunities in the local market.
/liliLead the acquisition and negotiation of agreements with property owners, investors, and strategic partners.
/liliAnalyse the economic and strategic viability of new opportunities and projects.
/liliOversee the implementation and opening processes of new operations.
/liliContinuously analyse the local market, competition, and industry trends.
/liliDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with property owners, investors, collaborators, and other relevant market stakeholders.

/strong /ppWe are looking for a senior professional with an established career and experience in positions of responsibility, capable of combining strategic vision, business development capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the local environment.
/pulliUniversity degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
/liliPostgraduate studies, an MBA, or a Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Hospitality Management, or similar fields will be valued.
/liliSolid professional experience, preferably more than 8 years.
/liliExperience in positions involving responsibility, management, business development, expansion, operations, or strategic project management.
/liliFinancial analysis skills and business vision.
/liliExcellent negotiation and strategic relationship development skills.
/liliAbility to work with a high level of autonomy and decision-making.
/liliStrategic, proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented profile.
/liliKnowledge of the Rome market and its business and tourism environment.
/liliExperience in the tourism, hospitality, accommodation, real estate, or services sectors will be especially valued.
/liliProfessional proficiency in Italian and English.
/liliAvailability to travel.
