/p pbJob Description /b /p pMangia's Sardinia Resorts is looking for an Event Manager to join the MICE department within the Operations area.
The role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of high?profile events in one of our prestigious properties, contributing to the creation of memorable experiences that reflect the elegance and authenticity of Italian hospitality.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEvent Planning Execution: Design and manage events from concept to completion, aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
/li liBudget Management: Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
/li liVendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
/li liOperational Oversight: Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution across departments.
/li liIssue Resolution:
Anticipate and resolve challenges to guarantee seamless event delivery.
/li liPerformance Analysis: Evaluate event success and prepare post?event reports, including BEO, ODS, and PL.
/li liSales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
/li liExperience Enhancement: Ensure each event reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and emotional guest connection.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in event planning or MICE coordination within upscale or luxury hospitality.
/li liStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
/li liProven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
/li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
/li liFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
/li liAbility to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
/li liProficiency in event documentation and reporting tools.
