The Deputy Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Director in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management.
Maintaining the highest degree of customer service every day in accordance with Retail Excellence and empower team to make decisions in the best interest of providing an elevated client experience.
Key Responsibilities
monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends.
identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals.
establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the clientelling objectives.
translate the store's objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets.
create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit.
regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position.

5 years of retail management experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Proactive leadership style

Strong organizational skills

Proficient in Italian and English
Additional information
Compensation will be defined with a starting salary of ****** euros, based on experience, skills and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective and consistent company criteria.
Eligibility to commission scheme as per company policy.
