The role combines mobility coordination with strict compliance to visa, safety, and travel policies, working in a hybrid setup.
The candidate will oversee end-to-end mobility processes, coordinate travel, handle expenses, and maintain documentation.
Fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and experience in Oil & Gas or Marine settings are preferred.
