/p h3The Mission Core Scope /h3 ul libThe Mission: /b Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the core operational bridge between local floor teams and international headquarters.
/li libThe Scope: /b You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor reallocation, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring strict compliance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione).
/li /ul h3Crucial Expectations Performance Targets /h3 pTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /p ul libCross-Departmental Shift Throughput: /b Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch.
/li libCross-Border Communication Bridge: /b Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Italian warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.
/li libProcess Standardization SOP Enforcement:
/b Ensure 100% adherence to global standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, translating technical instructions and resolving tracking deviations in real time.
/li libFloor Leadership Safety: /b Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to Italian workplace health and safety laws (D.Lgs. *****).
/li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 ul libHigh-Velocity Logistics Competence: /b Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
/li libMandarin Language Mastery: /b Professional fluency in bMandarin, Italian, and English /b is strictly mandatory to seamlessly bridge communications between local operators, European leadership, and global HQ.
/li libSystems WMS Literacy: /b Strong hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated material handling infrastructure.
/li libOperational Flexibility: /b High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
