This position will be responsible for the operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay global payroll operations teams. /p /brpIn this operational capacity, the Italian Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and all payroll-related information. /p /brh3Main Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliProcessing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately,
on time and efficiently /li /brliAnalyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll /li /brliPartner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations /li /brliSupport any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement /li /brliAbility to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll /li /brliResearch discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing /li /brliDeliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations /li /brliMaintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance /li /brliAssist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully /li /br /ul /brh3Experience Needed For This Role /h3 /brul /brliStrong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred /li /brliKnowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc.
