/p pWe are looking for a bmotivated and skilled Hotel Sales Manager /b to lead revenue growth and expand business opportunities in the leisure, groups, and MICE markets at our bexclusive luxury resort /b.

/b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
/li liOversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
/li liManage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
/li liFoster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
/li liWork closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
/li liSupport pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.




/li liStay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.
/li liAct as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.
/li /ul h3Profile Requirements /h3 ul libProven experience in hotel sales /b, preferably within bluxury hospitality /b or related industries.
/li liExperience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.
/li liFamiliarity with bOpera /b and bSalesforce /b is a plus.
/li liFluency in bItalian and English /b.
/li liLocally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.
/li liProactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role.
/li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
/li liPreferably located in Courmayeur or surroundings.
