ppWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Mediterranean Europe team, based in Milan, and lead customer projects across the region.
/ppThe role is responsible for the successful delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle, maximizing customer satisfaction and business value.
/ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliLead customer projects from planning through closure, managing scope, timeline, budget, resources and deliverables /liliCoordinate and guide project teams, Partners and Subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability /liliBuild strong relationships with customers, including C-level stakeholders, and manage escalations and change requests /liliSupport presales activities, including project planning, budget definition, staffing, risk assessment and Statement of Work definition /liliIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective governance and timely resolution of issues /liliEnsure compliance with Value Engagement standards and maximize the reuse of Best Practices /liliMonitor and report project performance, KPIs and financials using 3DS project management tools /liliIdentify new business opportunities and capture project lessons learned /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or related field /liliAt least 7 years of experience in Project Management within Services Consulting or IT within software environment /liliProven experience in customer-facing project delivery, resource planning and budget management /liliStrong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities /liliExcellent customer relationship and communication skills,

/ph3Salary Pay Transparency /h3pFor this position, we offer an initial gross annual compensation ranging from *****€ to *****€ , to be determined based on objective criteria such as experience and required skills as well as the scope of the position.
This range includes the base salary (fixed), and if applicable, a variable pay component (target premio), in line with our commitment to clear and transparent compensation practices.
