/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liObserves core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities.
/li liLearns about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.




/li liAnalyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes.
Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
/li liMaintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.
/li liDevelops specific projects either in manufacturing areas, related technical areas, or staff areas.
/li liDevelops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area's results.
/li liComplies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
/li liProtects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
/li liTo comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process.
