You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve an unbeatable customer experience, while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems. Collaborate with local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.RoleYou will be the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions, supplier and global customersYou will act as point of reference for Customers in the management of the non-conformitiesYou will act as point of reference for Customers during the process audits/visits to ensure the compliance of working practice and proceduresYou will be responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvementRequirementsYou hold a Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringYou have experience of 2/3 years in similar rolesKnowledge of quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical AnalysisExcellent knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spokenPositive spirit, proactivity, team working, comfortable with an international organization and working with different time zonesCommitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects under assigned deadlinesCompensation PackageApplicable CBA: MetalmeccanicoMinimum annual salary: € 36.000Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity BonusBenefits As Per PolicyFlexible working hours and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their familiesWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized servicesCanteen is providedMore About UsABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
