Se sì, e se è convinto/a che questo sia il ruolo giusto per lei, si candidi il prima possibile.Prepare installation work and confirm readiness of installation execution (4M checklist)Train and support the Installation Workers and Sub-contractors on the working fronts under his/her responsibility, clarifying doubts and task prioritiesSupervise execution of Installation - on trackside and/or onboard-, independently if performed by Alstom workers, Sub-contractors, or Customer / Partner / Third PartyEnsure compliance of Installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO ProcessApply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according design documentation,



report on any deviation found or needed.Make sure the EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the WMSReport to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM the field activities progress and any issue or founding in the execution, including non-conformities to communicate to Quality teamEnsure the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, in line with the quality standardsEnsure and support the Handover process to T&C team / CustomerContribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product LineEnsure the strictly application of EHS rules by the installation workers (including Sub-contractors)You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
