This role will focus on the effective management, classification, storage, and transfer of GMP-regulated documentation and retained samples, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
/p h3Key Skills /h3 ul liGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) /li liRecords Management /li liDocumentation Control /li liMicrosoft Office Suite /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIndex, classify, and organise project documentation in line with established procedures.
/li liLabel, prepare, and archive binders and records for long-term storage.
/li liPack and palletise documentation boxes for shipment and secure storage.
/li liCoordinate the transfer and shipment of documents and retained samples.
/li liMaintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to the Project Coordinator.
/li liEnsure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP requirements,
company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
/li liSupport document retrieval, tracking, and audit readiness activities as required.
/li /ul h3Skills Experience Required /h3 ul liPrevious experience in brecords management /b, document control, or archive administration.
/li liExperience working within a bGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment /b.
/li liStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
/li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
