/p h3Position /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bSoftware Engineer /b to join our TTP Team in bCagliari (CA) /b.
The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web and Android applications, covering both front-end and back-end components, working within a multidisciplinary team focused on cutting-edge automation technologies.
/p pAs an experienced Software Developer, you will contribute to architecting and improving application infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDesigning, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web and Android applications, covering both front-end and back-end components.
/li liCollaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.




/li liParticipating in technical discussions and decision-making and ensuring code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
/li liArchitecting and improving application infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
/li liTroubleshooting and debug complex issues across the stack and contribute to DevOps practices.
/li /ul pWe are looking for candidates with the following bskills /b: /p ul liAt least b6 years of experience in web and mobile (Android) software development /b.
( solid back-end skills are mandatory, front-end experience is beneficial) /li libExtensive expertise of OOP in a Java, Python and Android environment /b.
Other general-purpose programming languages are beneficial.
/li libExperience with relational databases, in particular MySQL.
/b /li liStrong understanding of software barchitecture /b and API design.
/li liProven working experience with bLinux /b environment.
/li liStrong testing mindset with knowledge of the btest automation /b pyramid; capable of writing effective unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
/li liStrong bteam /bplayer skills, promoting collaboration with relevant partners, good communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liDetail-oriented, accurate, and reliable, able to bmanage and prioritize /b the daily activities based on deadlines.
/li libProblem-solving /bskills, ability to think out of the box,



challenge the status quo and come with concrete and pragmatic proposals.
/li libSelf-motivated /b, flexible and adaptable, able to work in a rapidly evolving environment, effectively handling multiple tasks.
/li liExperience with bAgile/Scrum /b methodologies /li liFamiliarity with principles of bcybersecurity /b /li /ul h3Nice to Have: /h3 ul liExperience with embedded systems /li liBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Compurer Science or a related field /li liUnderstanding of distributed or real-time software architectures /li liExperience building, deploying, and scaling applications in containers, with exposure to Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms /li liFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles, application security, data protection principles and threat modelling.
Experience with vulnerability scan and penetration tests.
/li liInterest in or experience applying AI/ML technologies to software development /li liUnderstanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment/Delivery (CD).
