ppFor our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB) we are seeking a committed and proactive: /p /brh3Sales Manager Service Division /h3 /brpworldwide leader in reciprocating compressor is looking for young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferable rotating equipment.
/p /brpThe position is part of Service Division with the objective to push and support the business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.
/p /brh3the main task will be specially: /h3 /brul /brliResponsible for implementing developing sales objectives and strategies of SERVICE in Italy /li /brliEstablish smooth sales working standard and procedures according to BC requirements as well as customers' requirements /li /brliOriented to sales to achieve the BC agreed sales budget for the country and for the Region.
/li /brliMarketing activities with EPC, End Customer, Licensee.
/li /brliIdentification of market drives and opportunities.
/li /brliIdentification of competitors /li /brliEvaluation of customer operating condition and customer specification, /li /brliIdentification of the required scope of supply.
/li /brliArrangement of the technical documentation needed to describe the offered scope /li /br /ul /brh3Candidate Profile /h3 /brul /brli5-10 years of experience in similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressor) /li /brliBachelor / Master engineering degree /li /brliFull understanding of maintenance / repair job /li /brliKnowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA)
