and eager to learn new skills /liliProactive attitude with a practical approach to problem-solving /liliAnalytical mindset with a focus on process optimization /liliTeam-oriented personality with the ability to collaborate effectively and motivate colleagues /liliCommitment to continuous learning and professional development /liliAvailability to relocate or transfer based on business needs /liliFlexibility to support activities across multiple company sites /liliStrong conversational English skills /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliPrevious experience in biogas, biomethane, agricultural, industrial, or process plant environments /liliBasic knowledge of the anaerobic digestion process /liliExperience operating telehandlers, forklifts, loaders, or similar machinery /liliExperience with loading and unloading operations and material handling /liliAvailability and flexibility to support extraordinary maintenance activities when required /li /ulpbPosition location: Rome, Italy /b /ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliOperating and controlling all components of the biomethane plant and related systems /liliConducting regular inspections and performing all necessary maintenance activities /liliTroubleshooting, revision, assembly, and disassembly of mechanical components and assemblies (pumps, valves, bearings), electrical components (drives, contactors, relays),
and piping systems /liliEnsuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant and responding promptly in the event of breakdowns or emergencies /liliSupporting loading, unloading, and material handling activities as required /liliMaintaining a high level of responsibility and commitment while working under tight deadlines /liliCollaborating with colleagues to ensure continuous and reliable plant operations /li /ulh3OUR OFFER /h3pWe offer a stable and long-term position within a growing biomethane company, with full support for professional development and safe plant operations.
