As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.

About you:As an Operations Assistant, we are looking for someone who:* Has an over all passion for customer service* A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
