Job descriptionWe are looking for a Professional willing to join our Supply Chain Team for 12 months, with a motivation to work within an international and challenging environment.Si candidi (facendo clic sul pulsante apposito) dopo aver controllato tutte le informazioni di lavoro riportate di seguito.You will be part of the Procurement Department and you will manage the activities related to the procurement process, monitoring and sourcing of suppliers.ActivitiesReceive the Purchase Request with Drawings/DB/Technical Specifications and analyze the technical contentsIn accordance with Line Manager she/he will select Suppliers to be involved through the contract Vendor List, andr/or adding any other Qualified Suppliers or possible new Supplier after scoutingShe/He will manage the RfQ/Inquiries and the bidding process throughout Company's systems and applicationsReceive offers from Suppliers verifying that they are in compliance with the requirements established in the Offer Request, interacting with Suppliers and involving the Technical Department for alignmentRequest to the suppliers to quote alternative technical solutions whenever possibleInvite the selected Suppliers to negotiate and drafts the negotiation reportPrepare the tabulation, regardless of the technical analysis outcome,
evaluating the right commercial conditions to be compared with project targets and historical dataPrepare the order and awarding memorandum, following Company procedures and including all clauses and provisions necessary to minimize risks for the CompanyHandle the receipt of the order confirmation; Deal with the claims from and to Suppliers in compliance with the instructions received from the Line Manager and from the Project ManagerRequired profileDegree in Engineering or equivalent through experienceProven experience as Buyer in the Engineering or Industrial sector is a plusAbility to conduct market analysis collecting xysqume information on suppliers, markets and pricing analysisKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAPReliability, accuracy and passion for details are requiredExcellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environmentsGood organization skills and time management, as well as excellent relational skills and team working capabilities, flexibility and result orientation complete the ideal profileGood Knowledge of English (writing and speaking) is mandatoryWillingness to travelWorkplace: Castellanza (VA)#J-18808-Ljbffr
