ResponsabilitàLead project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks, and motivate resources to achieve milestones.
Jointly define project plans with Project Controls, including scope, budgets, schedule, and risk management.
Ensure adherence to execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies; monitor progress and resource use.
Provide regular management reporting, capture lessons learned, and formal project closure.
Manage contracts and claims per policy and contractual agreements; coordinate procurements with Supply Chain.
Serve as primary customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies; uphold external/internal regulations.
Requisiti fondamentaliEngineering Degree (Bachelor's/Master's) with strong technical foundation
5+ years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects with on-site experience
Expertise in Electrical Systems (T&D;, Power Generation); familiarity with Terna, Enel, Edison
Experience with diverse contracts (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public/private sectors
Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project
Highly organized, proactive leader; able to coordinate multi-site teams; willing to travel ~25%
