/p h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe're looking for a commercially driven bBusiness Development Manager /b to lead new business growth across Italy.
This is a genuine hunter role, focused on identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships, negotiating commercial agreements and winning profitable business.
/p pYou will own the entire customer journey—from prospecting and closing deals to supporting customer onboarding and expansion during the early stages of the relationship.
/p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a territory growth strategy for Italy.
/li liProspect and win new customers across targeted sectors.
/li liLead complex commercial negotiations and RFQ/RFI processes.
/li liBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers.
/li liManage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
/li liWork closely with operations, customer service, sales and product teams.
/li liDrive profitable revenue growth and pipeline development.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liFluent Italian and business-level English.
/li liProven success in B2B business development.
/li liStrong hunting mentality and commercial drive.
/li liExperience in logistics, packaging, pooling, supply chain, manufacturing, food ingredients or related industries.
/li liExcellent negotiation, relationship-building and solution-selling skills.
/li liSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a European team environment.
/li liCuriosity, resilience and adaptability to change.
