ppThe mission of the Expert Regulatory Office is to ensure that Habasit products, materials, documentation, and customer-facing compliance statements meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
/p h3Regulatory compliance and product documentation /h3 ul liAssess regulatory requirements relevant to Habasit products, materials, and applications, including food-contact, chemical, environmental, and customer-specific compliance requirements where applicable.
/li liPrepare, review, maintain, and approve regulatory documents such as declarations, compliance statements, certificates, questionnaire responses, and internal regulatory assessments.
/li /ul h3Customer, sales, and application support /h3 ul liProvide expert responses to regulatory questions from Sales, Customer Care, Product Management, and technical experts.
/li liClarify customer requirements, interpret regulatory requests, and provide pragmatic guidance on what Habasit can confirm, certify, or clarify.
/li /ul h3Regulatory monitoring and risk management /h3 ul liMonitor relevant regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on Habasit products, materials, suppliers, and customer industries.
/li /ul h3Systems, processes, and continuous improvement /h3 ul liMaintain regulatory records,



document repositories, templates, databases, and workflows in a structured and audit-ready way.
/li liImprove templates, standard answers, processes, and knowledge-sharing materials to reduce repetition and improve response quality.
/li liSupport digitalization of regulatory documentation and data management, including structured product and material compliance information.
/li /ul h3What we look for /h3 h3Your education and experience /h3 ul liName degree in chemistry, materials science, polymer science, engineering, regulatory affairs, food-contact materials, or related field, (3 years degree).
/li liMinimum of 3 years experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, chemical/material compliance, quality, product development, or a comparable industrial function.
xlwpduy /li liExperience with food-contact materials, polymer materials, chemical restrictions, safety data, declarations of compliance, supplier documentation, or customer compliance requests is a strong advantage.
/li liFluent in Italian (both verbal and written) /li liFluent in English (both verbal and written) /li liAble to travel up to 30% of time /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
