The HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Manager, supports plant operations by developing and managing Human Resources, ensuring alignment between operational needs and HR policies. The role combines Business Partner responsibilities with operational activities typical of an HR Generalist, providing end-to-end support to HR processes. It also collaborates with management as an HR partner, contributing to operational results and people development. The position provides operational support for daily HR activities, ensuring administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance throughout the entire employee lifecycle.Faccia ora il prossimo passo nella sua carriera: scorra verso il basso per leggere la descrizione completa del ruolo e invii la sua candidatura.Role and responsibilitiesThe main activities are:Support activities:Support and advise managers in the daily management of their teams and in HR-related decision‑making processesSupport employees on regulations, company policies, and HR requestsManage and support complex situations (conflicts, disciplinary actions, operational issues)Operational management and HR development:Oversee and coordinate personnel administrative processes (contracts, mandatory communications, attendance, payroll, and labor law compliance) with the support of external consultantsEnsure the management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, skills development, and career growth)Contribute to workforce planning and personnel budgetingManage the training budget and ensure implementation of the training planCoordinate activities related to industrial relationsManage recruitment and selection activities (job interviews, relationships with employment agencies, related administrative tasks,



etc.)HR Governance and projects:Ensure compliance with labor laws, the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), and company regulationsMonitor and analyze HR data (reporting, statistics, KPIs) to support decision‑makingEnsure compliance with internal procedures, Organizational Model 231, policies, and management systemsParticipate in internal and Network HR projects, as well as continuous improvement initiativesHealth, Safety and well‑being:Support the RSPP/ASPP in prevention and training activities related to health and safetyCollaborate with the occupational physician in managing employee health surveillance plansInternal communication:Manage activities related to internal communicationParticipate in Network internal communication projectsDevelop employer branding initiatives (schools, universities, events, etc.)Education and experienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, economics, or lawAt least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles or within employment xysqume agenciesExperience in industrial/manufacturing environments (preferred)Knowledge of labor law regulationsSkillsKnowledge of personnel administration and payrollKnowledge of labor law and industrial relationsAbility to analyze HR data and perform reportingKnowledge of HR processes (recruitment, development, compensation)Proficiency in HR management systemsStrong interpersonal skills (mediation and negotiation)Effective communication, active listening, and empathyProblem‑solving and conflict management skillsOrganizational skills and ability to manage prioritiesDiscretion and reliabilityFlexibility and adaptability to changeCollaborative leadership (servant leadership)Decision‑making ability and strategic mindsetAdvanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)#J-18808-Ljbffr
