pams OSRAM seeks a technical leader for HF analog layout strategy in broadband optical communication ICs, or comparable RF ICs.
You will lead layout architecture, floorplanning, and parasitic-aware implementations, guiding sign-offs and mentoring layout engineers.
/ppYou will drive EM-aware methodologies, ensure matching, shielding and isolation, and work with design teams across advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI).
A MSc/BSc in EE and 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience are required.
