OverviewIn this role you will support the Service Sales organization to drive growth through SLAs and Frame Agreements.
You will lead end-to-end tender preparation, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver technically solid and commercially competitive bids.
You will deepen long-term customer relationships while ensuring value-based Life Cycle Management, safety, and compliant execution.
The position offers impact by shaping service solutions for electrical HV subsystems, predictive maintenance, and digital services in a multinational, customer-centric environment.

ResponsabilitàLead end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible
Coordinate internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Legal) to develop competitive proposals
Manage customer relationships and understand requirements to align solutions with SLAs and FAs

Interface with external suppliers and internal departments to deliver effective technical-commercial solutions
Contribute to risk assessments and ensure profitable, compliant opportunities
Maintain accurate tender data in customer and business systems
Utilize Salesforce to guide sales activities and maintain pipeline visibility
Ensure technical reliability, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of proposals
Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
5-7 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in Technical Sales is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and customer-oriented mindset
