ppWe are seeking an engineer or graduate in mechanics or electronics for a position within the RD department based in Bologna.
/p pAs a bProject Manager /b, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams and driving new product development projects.
Your primary objective will be to guide these projects from concept to the start of production, consistently prioritizing time, quality, scope, and cost considerations.
/p h3The identified candidate will have the chance to /h3 ul liLearn and work in an international environment with daily contact with all the Toyota Companies /li liSupporting Toyota RD practices /li liDaily contact with Research teams /li liManage projects according to Toyota New Product Development process /li liHave an overview of the company's department overall /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience/competence in Project Management (PMP, CSM or other Project Management certifications can be considered a plus) /li liAbility to communicate fluently and effectively in English (spoken and written) /li liProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project /li liOrganized, precise, and efficient /li liProactive attitude /li /ul h3Salary Range /h3 pThe Gross Annual Salary (RAL) will be determined within a salary range of €38,000 to €43,000, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria) /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
