ph3bYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3ulliProvide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting calls /liliDiagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentation /liliGuide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities /liliManage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level Agreements /liliEnsure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues /liliCollaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service quality /li /ulh3bYOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /b /h3ulliTechnical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical role /liliStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
/liliClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide technicians remotely /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment /liliCustomer-focused, proactive, and structured approach to work /liliAbility to work independently and within an international team /liliAvailability to work in a 24/7 shift-based support organization, including nights, weekends, and public holidays /liliExperience with electrical systems, electronics, networking, ticketing systems, remote diagnostics, log analysis, or EV charging technology is considered an advantage /liliProfessional fluency in English and either German or French is mandatory /li /ulh3bOUR COMMITMENT /b /h3ulliInnovative work environment in a young,
