ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Vision Software Engineer to join our Engineering Business Unit, with the objective of designing, developing and implementing industrial vision systems to support product and process control.
The ideal candidate is a technical profile with competencies in software and automation, interested in vision systems applied to industrial environments, and willing to work in dynamic contexts, including international projects.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop and implement industrial vision systems for product and process quality control /li liConfigure and integrate vision hardware and software (cameras, lenses and lighting systems) within automated machines /li liDevelop vision algorithms and applications using programming languages and dedicated libraries /li liCollaborate with automation, engineering and production teams to ensure optimal integration of vision systems within production lines /li liPerform testing, validation and troubleshooting activities on implemented systems /li liSupport installation, commissioning and start-up activities at customer sites,
both in Italy and abroad /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of vision solutions in terms of performance, robustness and standardization /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or Engineering (Information Engineering, Electronics or similar); candidates with ITS background in mechatronics or IT will also be considered /li liGood knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++ or C# (or similar) /li liEnglish proficiency at least at B1 level /li liAvailability to travel in Italy and abroad for short periods /li liExperience in configuring Cognex smart cameras using the In-Sight interface is considered a plus /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pWe are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
