OverviewEn la role, you are the senior technical authority for our messaging, collaboration, and identity estate across environments, combining hands-on design, build, and operations with leadership of a small admin team.
You set standards, own end-to-end decisions, and influence cross-functional delivery.
You will work across Microsoft Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, Defender, Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive, AI platforms, and a broad SSO/integration portfolio to enable secure, scalable enterprise IT.
This is a mission-critical role focused on architecture, security, and operational excellence that shapes how the organization connects, collaborates, and protects data.
Expect a high-impact,
ResponsabilitàAdminister and design identity & access management across Entra ID and on-premises AD
Configure and manage conditional access, PIM, RBAC, MFA, and SSO (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) in hybrid environments
Own hybrid identity via Entra Connect
Administer Exchange Online/Server, including DAG, mail flow, and rules
Oversee email security and mailbox migrations
Govern Teams policies and SBC-based enterprise voice
Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive including external sharing
Operate Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Endpoint, lead incident response and CIS-aligned hardening
Administer Intune fleet management, Autopilot, policies,
and PowerShell remediation
Manage SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, CDN, WAF, and web publishing workflows
Administer enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Copilot); design AI workflows and data governance
Provide architecture, governance, and runbooks; mentor a small admin team; be on-call for critical incidents
Requisiti fondamentali***** years in enterprise IT infrastructure with deep Microsoft stack expertise
5–7 years in a senior architect or technical lead role owning M365 environments end-to-end
Hands-on experience with Exchange hybrid, Entra ID/AD, Intune at scale, and Microsoft Defender
Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) including workflow design and data modeling
MS-102, SC-300, SC-200, MD-102, MS-700, AZ-104, MS-203 certifications (or equivalent)
Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate; on-site at Kuwait Head Office
Fluent professional English; Arabic an advantage
On-call availability for critical incidents

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
