/b /p h3MISSION RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 pAs part of the Product Development Team within Acqua di Parma HQ, /p pthe key responsibilities are: /p ul liSupport in the creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.
/li liSupport the team in the preparation of presentationsfor international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.
/li liOperational support in Packaging development,
coordinating sample requests with suppliers /li liOperational support in cosmetic formula development,coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system.
/li liMonthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysisof Colonia Blu Mediterraneo product lines to support strategic insights and follow up of new launches of the above lines.
/li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines) /li liStrong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills /li liProactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail /li liAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership /li liPassion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods /li liPrevious experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus /li liFluent in Italian and English, French is a plus /li /ul pCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n.
