ppWe are seeking a commercially driven bKey Account Manager /b to manage a portfolio of around 10 strategic customers, including large National Accounts and European Key Accounts.
In a market with strong growth potential, you will be responsible for retaining and growing existing business, securing contract renewals, and identifying new opportunities to increase revenue and customer value.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and develop a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring high levels of retention, satisfaction, and profitable growth.
/li liBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary customer contact.
/li liDeliver annual growth targets through account development, active selling, and new business opportunities.
/li liLead contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and tender processes.
/li liDevelop and execute Joint Business Plans to improve customer supply chain efficiency and create mutual value.
/li liConduct regular business reviews, monitor account performance,



and drive continuous improvement.
/li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance customer experience.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liProven Key Account Management experience with large, strategic customers.
/li liBackground in bFMCG, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related sectors /b.
/li liStrong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and contract management.
/li liAbility to build trusted partnerships and influence senior decision-makers.
/li liFluent in bItalian and English /b.
/li liComfortable travelling regularly within Italy.
